The stay was great with a fantastic room, clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the stunning location, being close to attractions like Rossio Square and the Castle of Sao Jorge, both just a short walk away. The instructions for access were straightforward, although make sure to check your email for the code. It’s a bit homey since there's no reception, but that made it feel unique somehow.

The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a blessing during my stay in Lisbon's warm weather.
The shower in our room had some mold, and it appeared to need a deep clean.

Exceptional air conditioning that kept us cool.
The noise levels were unbearable, especially at night, with partygoers making it impossible to sleep. I was extremely disappointed with the limited pillows. only one small one and a half was provided, leaving us uncomfortable. To top it off, the TV was minuscule, making it hard to enjoy anything after a long day of exploring.
